Dear Andrew,
it is def possible to upgrade presenterCue. The pricing is quite simple - the upgrade price is always the difference in between the two licenses - yours and the one you want. In your case: if you go for a STD license and you want to upgrade later on to an EXT license, you'd only pay the difference.

By now there's no user guide for presenterCue - nonetheless we do have some basic videos online which will cover most of the questions. Please have a look at our YouTube channel - www.youtube.com/nominari

i just recognised that i was replying for the wrong app :D … well, iMultiviewer is kinda self explanatory - therefore you will not receive any material. Just install the app through the Mac App Store and start it. iMultiviewer will only make sense, if at lease one additional display is connected to your computer.
If you downloaded presenterCue from the Mac App Store you own the free license, which is not able to connect to a client. If you want to use a second display as a fullscreen display, you‘d need at least a single seat STD license, which is available through our website.
In either case, pls download the latest version of presenterCue from this forum.

Hi,
thanks for your request. To help you with that issue, please provide some more information about your actual setup as well as the email address which you used to register your license. Information about MacOS version, Driver Version of the Blackmagic Mini Monitor as well as the version of your presenterCue installation would be helpful.
