Well, if you downloaded the server from Mac App Store, you actually can't. In this case please contact our support team. You can find more information here.
If you already bought the server, then just install the client version on a computer in the same network. Then put the client into fullscreen mode (CMD-F). The client is connected and synchronised automatically with the server. You can download either one in the App Store.
