PresenterCue isn’t recognising the UltraStudio Mini Monitor, despite it being fully installed and working from my MacBook Pro. How can I get it to recognise it?

thanks for your request. To help you with that issue, please provide some more information about your actual setup as well as the email address which you used to register your license. Information about MacOS version, Driver Version of the Blackmagic Mini Monitor as well as the version of your presenterCue installation would be helpful.
